iSpeak Rehab Care believes that its own employees often can identify qualified candidates for open Exempt positions and encourages employees to refer candidates for job vacancies. To reward employees for referring qualified candidates who are subsequently are hired, iSpeak Rehab care pays a referral bonus for each therapist hired for a full-time position based on the following criteria:
- A referral bonus of $1,000.00 will be paid to the Referring individual who refers therapists who are hired and placed on a full-time basis.
- A referral bonus of $500.00 will be paid to the Referring individual who refers SLPAs / COTAs placed Full-time
- The Referring Employee is responsible for providing an up-to-date resume of the candidate to the Director of Human Resources. The job vacancy that the candidate is applying for must be clearly indicated.
